So the first Open workout closed last night. Shout out to Crossfit Virtuosity!! The workout was to do as many burpees as you can do in seven minutes. Official explanation: This workout begins from the standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.
If you have never done a burpees consider yourself lucky. I managed to do only 80 with two guys tied for the most at 161. That’s right I got lapped. There go my chances of getting to the 2012 Crossfit games.
